DISTANT BLOOM

Distant Bloom is an unreleased game owned by KindaBrave.

 

I had the most amazing time working at Ember Trail as a UI + UX Artist for

"Distant Bloom" for the game. I worked on the game for almost 2 years. 

 

As the UI and UX artist my main tasks where to figure out the look and feel for the UI in the game and to create an overall good player-experience.

​

This by figuring out button steps, player iteractions and needs.

Aswell as make UI + UX mockups, UI Styleguide, UX flowcharts, illustrate icons and other UI and in-game art, animate UI feedback, setup basic UI widgets and more.

I also stepped outside of my role and assisted with making content for various social media + storyboarding and illustrating the cinematic intro intended for the game.

ICON ART
This includes menu icons, ingame feedback icons and inventory icons and more 

MOCKUPS
UI + UX mockups for new interactions, features, gameplay feedback etc.

TUTORIAL ART

CINEMATIC INTRO
Illustrated art for the opening intro of the game. This included storyboarding, making animatics, simple animation setup for final editing.
